Symbolism in Feng Shui & a TV console wall panel

Under symbolism in Feng Shui, it is nice-to avoid having a feature wall where there is a "hairline" split exactly at the middle of the panel.

These are some considerations:

1. Some feature walls may be larger than the largest single piece of laminate or formica.

2.Often most single piece of formica is around 4 feet by 8 feet wide.

3. Thus, many feature walls are much larger than this.

4. For example, in this illustration, this wall has two 4 feet by 8 feet wide pieces joined together.

4.1. Unfortunately, the designer decided to place these two pieces in a vertical joint.

4.2. If so, there is a pronounced "hair-line" split that can be obviously seen very distinctively both in the photo illustration and in real-life situation.
