Strictly speaking, under many of these development’s by-laws; this is strictly prohibited. As the idea is that external balconies or views comes under common property guidelines. 3. However, there is no longer any control as nearly every other households either hand their clothes at the balconies or place large clothes hanger frames, there. 4. Looks like the first development that purposely built cloths hanging racks at the balcony side. But partially covered it with vertical strips to hide them. 5. This is around 81% vacant lots or for a total 1024 units in this entire estate. This is fine. As other developments such as Treasure Trove in Punggol allocates only 70% vacant lots.
