Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 8, 2015 Staff Share Posted October 8, 2015 Feng Shui of Signature EC at Yishun 1. The past, some of the sitemaps in the sales brochure had incorrect North compass bearing on them. 2. Thus, if one were to depend on such sitemaps to plot out a Flying Star chart; the chart may show incorrect Flying Star degree = wrong flying star chart. 3. When I have the time, I always try to make an effort to compare the worked Flying star chart of the sitemap vs that of those found in either the streetdirectory.com or onemap.sg 4. Good news that the variance is just 5 degrees off. And still within the correct Flying Star chart. 4.1. For example: In the sales brochure sitemap: I got a reading of NE1 = 30 degrees. While those taken from streetdirectory.com gave a reading of 35 degrees. Both still fall under NE1. Isn't it good news for those who had relied on the sales brochure to plot out the flying star chart. As often, the streetdirectory map only appears a few months after soft-launch. See sample attachment. Quote On 10/8/2015 8:44:54 PM, Anonymous wrote:Feng Shui of Signature EC atYishun1. Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 14, 2017 Author Staff Share Posted March 14, 2017 For example Block 33 stacks 25 & 28. Wasted that it should have been that the facing directions of these two stacks face a "mountain". But instead, it faces water or swimming pool. Thus, a pity that from a macro Feng Shui point of view; this two stacks could not activate the auspicious Pearl String effect. SE1. For SE1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. Thus Block 35 stacks 29 and 32 even if it does not face real water position. There is still the Bright Hall or Ming Tang at it's frontage = virtual water. (Virtual water is yin water and represents clear space. Imagine a bird can fly freely at the front of the unit.)

Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 30, 2017 Author Staff Share Posted May 30, 2017 4 bedroom type: Although the stove is sharing the same wall as the toilet. Fortunately, it could be worse-off if the stove shares the same wall as the WC. Ideally, the stove and sink should share the same table top but separated by at least 30 cm. Be careful of mounting the TV sharing the same wall as bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 bed-head. Due to emf radiation (if any). Many concepts in Feng Shui are based on common sense: 1. Is there an afternoon sun / morning sun rays that come into the home. Sometimes it is within our control that placing the living room sofa would mean that we are sitting facing partial afternoon sun. 2. The sofa position, below means that one can have a view of the kitchen and stove. For those who may be forgetful of leaving say the stove on. 3. It was found that there are more accidents (touchwood) in a home in the toilets and kitchen. And based on common sense, our ears are facing the "bedrooms". Thus higher chance of hearing a child's cry for help (if any). 4. From a Feng Shui point of view, it would depend on which ideal position to face. (East or west group person)
Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 30, 2017 Author Staff Share Posted May 30, 2017 Unlike the Sales brochure of HDB BTO flats; many private Developers do not actively highlight where The Central rubbish bins are located. Many when booking a new EC or condo... only found out too late... In a future re-sale situation; a rubbish bin beside one's front door can really hurt... it even collapse a would be potential sale... even if the bin is "covered"... sample illustration from another development... Even when the bin is covered by a door.. it is so obvious...
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 31, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted January 31, 2018 In this illustration, of a HDB 5 bedroom flat, less than ideal for the stove to be located at marking "A". In such a situtation, one has to be careful of the wind votex. As the wind can either flame out a flame stove or push the heat towards the kitchen entrance. In addition, the stove should not be facing the sink as shown, here:-
