HDB flats = Tenure or lease commencement date

1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, one has to correctly identify the?Temporary Occupational Licence (T.O.P. date)

2. For HDB flats: the valuation report does not say "T.O.P." but rather "Lease commence date".

3. But recently, some evaluation report says "Tenure" For example: 99 years leasehold with effect from 1 July 2012.

4. See sample TWO attachments.

4.1 Anyway, call it TOP, lease commencement date or Tenure.. all are one and the same meaning.

5. For now, until 2024 onwards..all Singapore HDB flats will have to come under one of these three choices:-

[??? ]? 1964 to 1983? (Period 6) #6 was the wealth star

[??? ]??1984 to 2003? (Period 7) #7 also past prosperity star

[??? ]?? 2004 to 2023 (Period 8)?#9 is the current prosperity star. For new HDB flats, this is very clear-cut upon collecting the keys.
