Coco Palms condo is another development by the same developer who often accidentally "shots its residents own feet". 2. Again, each neighbouring block/stack's sharp corner is aimed towards each other. Often like a symphony of lattice design. 2.1. For example: , take a look at the lower left of the illustrations containing stacks 50, 51, 52, 55, 56 etc... against stacks 57, 63, 66 & 67. 3. Where possible always try to avoid sleeping close to the bedroom wall shared with a WC. 2. Try to avoid buying a unit with the WC close to the main entrance door. 3. Do I blindly follow the Sales Brochure North compass marking for this development? 4. Cosy Reading Room.. can’t tell even if the paintings are displayed in a portrait or landscape mode... Actually, these three photos are the wrong side-up... Based on the floor plan of this unit, as it is an L shaped unit, can you advise where is the centre point and also the directions of the living room, main door and bedroom? Also, is the frontage considered to be facing South, located at South West, where the balcony is and the main door is facing North but is located at the Northwest sector? I am a little confused with this but if I were to practise the flying star method, would the door be considered north or northwest? Thank you. A physical way of finding the centrepoint or "the centre-of-gravity" of this unit is to first paste a copy of the layout plan onto a cardboard. And try to balance it on a nail. 2.1. Personally, I use a quick "eye-ball" method + logic to figure out the centre-of-gravity. 3. Frankly, many of us would often not imagine or look for protrusions. But rather looking at a "dime of a dozen" missing sectors. 4. For condo units or high rise units, often the logical method is (usually) the readings from the living room (side) looking out towards the windows or balcony:- 4. If one wants to take a reading from the main (or front) door. It is quite like standing inside the main door looking outwards.
