Good if the frontage has a water position. 2.1 Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 2.2 If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 2.3 The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. Looks like one of the last few HDB blocks with “solid” interior walls... with the exception usually of blocks that are often 30 storeys or higher.. Flying Star Feng Shui: Based on Flying stars, in general N1 facing stacks are auspicious from now to 2023. 2. What you are concerned with is another form of Feng Shui known as : Shapes and Forms. 2.1. Here, there is a stigma attached to a home (usually landed property) at a T-junction. Thus any home facing such a T-junction to some automatically implies doom or very inauspicious. 2.2. This stima is real especially if the HOME is a landed property. As a run-away vehicle is more likely to run into the compound of such a home. Or rather plough into such a home causing damage or worse; injury to persons staying in that home. This is thus based on pure common sense. 3. Other considerations: 3.1. How busy is this Bedok North Ave 4 road? Frankly, the main arterial road Bedok North Rd is really busy at certain time of the day. But for Bedok North Ave 4 road; it primarly serves Blocks 84, 86, 87, 88 ... 90, 91 and the newer u/c 188's. As this is a minor road, and if one's unit is higher floors; there is no way that a run-away vehicle if any can fly into that unit. Thus, not a real threat to it. 3.2. Number 44. This is not Feng Shui. But there is still some stigma attached to a home with the number 44. Especially if one's unit is like 04-44 or 14-44. Feng Shui is a holistic approach comprising the review using many concepts and principles. And the two major considerations are used: Compass School and Shapes and Forms: Thus often a comment on say Compass School = Flying Stars are favourable does not automatically mean that the Feng Shui is good.
