2.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart. There are however, no S2 facing 5 bedroom type in this development.

Generally better blocks are circled in Red. Other than slight traffic noise during peak hours of the day for units facing Chai Chee Road/Street
