In recent years, some condos have a few stacks/units that have similar (to the attached) layout.

However, from a Shapes and Forms and even Flying Star point of view; if the auspicious wealth stars are at the frontage of the unit; having a kitchen at this frontage is inauspicious.

Where possible, within this The Poiz and in other developments; try to select "normal" layouts instead of such a layout plan. (If possible).

And perhaps, select such layouts as a last resort.

4.2. The only concern for a S3 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck.

4.3 Thus for a South facing (S3) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

The Poiz Residences and a very specific focus on just three stacks to rank or choose from.

In fact, each stack/unit has some differences. Thus one must really sit down and look through all the points of each of the three chart.

This is a very tedious exercise as it is as good as doing a total of three detailed Feng Shui audits. Thus this is not the typical By Ranking Exercise.
