How to interpret this compass reading?

Dear Master,
Please teach me how to read this compass reading (see picture below).
Q1: Where should I read the direction?
Q2: Where should I read the degrees?
Q3: In this reading, what is the direction and the degrees?
Sorry to ask such basic questions as I am a newbie to FS.

Using an ordinary compass:-

1. Make sure that when taking a reading; often the best is to go to an empty plot of land or grass area or outside of the home to take a reading.

1.1. This is because there are reinforced bars embedded within the concrete structures of the home both in the walls and on the floors that may cause fluctuations in compass readings.

1.2. Even on an empty plot of land such as grass area, do be careful of embedded metal pieces such as sewerage pipes that may cause the compass needle to sway.

2. The easiest is to buy a protractor and use any street directory maps to find the directions. One good source is onemap.sg which uses govt. data survey maps.
