I would often try to visualise where the wind may flow towards... and avoid purchasing a unit especially on the ground floor close-by to these areas. Don't get me wrong, I am no vegetarian.. but especially on Friday evenings and weekends... I don't want to get constant smell of barbequed food.... and end up in a unit that smells like it. The areas where there are either barbeque pavillion(s) and gourment dining areas are attached. And Keat Hong Village to it’s south-west. Today Keat Hong Village is now Choa Chu Kang MRT station and it’s surrounding like Lot 1 and bus interchange.
