Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 8, 2016 Staff Share Posted May 8, 2016 1. In any development potentially, there are the good and not so good stacks/units:-http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=32652&new=%3Cbr2. Many have successfully bought homes based on personal feelings. For example, the most common approach is to bring one's family members before signing on the dotted line. 3. If Feng Shui is to be considered or applied then in general; there are several concepts:3.1. The most fundamental is that often one cannot find that "perfect home." Thus Para 3 (below) applies.3.2 If one knows Flying Star Feng Shui; (see Para 11) then this is a useful tool to look closely into the internal organs of a home.4. Various considerations under DIY Feng Shui:-1. Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required.2. Fix-the-Leak, First! Easily three or more major problems. 3. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better!4. The Customer Engineer Concept If you D.I.Y. make sure you read this!5. Commonsense Approach Fact or Fiction? 6. Fast Food Feng Shui7. Getting Three Quotes 8. Situational Approach9. The Concept of Feng Shui by Exception10. The Three-Step-Approach11. Trial & Error Vs Flying Star12. You Stay There! Staff Cecil Lee Posted May 8, 2016 Staff Share Posted May 8, 2016 In this sample by ranking of an estate; one systematic approach is to apply common sense such as:- In this sample there are Legends like:- X = Inauspicious especially low floors to be next to a precint pavilion where often funerals are held. (only applies to HDB does not apply to condo units) RB = Low floors may get the smell of rubbish truck collection... etc... The other is if you can try to apply Flying Stars or plot and use it to understand the interior layout. Here the concern is where certain bad flying star numbers may land e.g. #5 hopefully does not land in say the master bedroom etc... The alternative is you may want to consider getting a geomancer to appraise either that unit one is interested in or if it is a newly launched condo unit; then a "by ranking" similar to the attached may be considered.
