Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted June 6, 2016 Feng Shui of Sturdee Residence Condo @ Sturdee Road: 1. Sturdee Residence Condo comprises of two blocks of flats in a wide "V" formation. 2. Essentially, this is a common design to maximise a small plot of land. As well as making sure that all stacks/units have unobstructed views. 3. One block that comprises: stacks #08 and #09 faces true cardinal point South. In Flying Stars Feng Shui: Period 8 S2 facing stacks. 3.1. Stacks in this block such as #10, #11 & #12 faces N2 facing. 3.2. The other block has stacks that are either NE2 facing or SW2 facing. 3.3. Under Flying Stars Feng Shui, the best stacks in this development are also the bigger units i.e. #08 and #09. 3.4.This is because under current Period 8: these two stacks have the double auspicious #8's at it's facing direction. 3.5. In particular stack #09 faces the pool. While stack #08 is slightly less advantages because it faces the tennis court. 3.6. Here Stack #09 literally faces Yang water position. While Stack #08 facing yin water where although it does not face real water; a tennis court is generally flat and this provides "clear space" = virtual water position. 3.7. One thing I don't quite like about stack #08 is the view from the higher units looking down not onto a water position but the outline of the tennis court. 3.8. And lower floors of stack #08 get to hear the sounds of tennis balls hitting the tennis racket and often the call from the players when they count the score. 3.9 Stacks #01, #06 & #07 are SW2 facing stacks. This block or wing that also includes the smaller sized units: 02, 03, 04 & 05 faces NE2. 4. This development has stacks that are suitable to both the East group = N2 or S2; and the West group = NE2 or SW2 facing stacks. 5. The SW2 stacks would expect to be "hotter" as it gets indirect unobstructed afternoon sun at an angle to it. Thus, Stacks such as #01, #06 & #07 can get pretty hot in the afternoon and even in the early evening. 6. NE2 has the the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; likely there is no Yang or real water at it's frontage. 7. SW2. Shares quite similiar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But as mentioned under Para 5 above: high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted June 6, 2016 Part 2: Sturdee Residence Condo @ Sturdee Road 1. In my opinion, if one has purchased a unit at Sturdee Residence should consider thanking either the developer of Kerrisdale condo or if the developer cannot be found; go thank the residents at Kerisdale condo. 2. This is because the plot of land that Sturdee Residence resides is directly facing or in a straight line with the frontage of Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple. 3. In addition, the bigger brother Kerisdale envelopsthree more Chinese temples such as: Sakaya Muni Buddha Gaya Temple, Hock Siew Tong Temple & Leong San See Temple. 4.Sturdee Residence condo higher floorstacks that are N2 orNE2 facing would get adistantview of Sri Vadapathira Kaliamman Temple. 5. The S2 and SW2 facing stacks get to see the conserved row of shop house or it's roof line. Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted June 6, 2016 1. Part 3: Sturdee Residence Condo @ Sturdee Road 2. Sturdee Residence 3 bedroom type floor plan has serious issues under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui alone. Not counting the addition of Flying Star Feng Shui review of it. 3. For the 3 bedroom floor plan; the bathroom 2 sink is in the centrepoint of the home. Usually, this affects the health of a "woman" in the house which often if there is a woman is the wife or the spouse. Or if there is an elderly staying in this home; also the elderly woman. 4. It is highly unusual to see the kitchen especially the stove within the frontage of a home. 4.1. In addition, this 3 bedroom type frontage also shares it with an air-con ledge. Notice that there is a second air-con ledge between bedroom 3 and the yard. I can understand if this is a landed property where there can be more than one air-con mounted area. But this is just a 3 bedroom unit and it is rare to find air con units scattered into two areas; and worst; one set is at the frontage although it is "sealed" or there is a wall at the frontage. Which again means the frontage has less openings. 4.2. Furthermore; it is also uncommon to see the frontage also has a master toilet. By right for such a "small" home; the architect should have concentrated all the toilets/wc next to each other. Thus better Feng Shui. 4.3. It is also highly unusual to find a WC where the kitchen is suppose to be at (near to the main entrance area). Yet another No, no in Feng Shui. 5. If this is the 1940's and if this was Germany, most likely the Germans would literally hang this architect with a piano string and leave it out open for all to see as an example of?what not to design. Fortunately, this is SGP and most likely, this architect gets to build another horrendous building with yet another out of this Feng Shui world design. Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 6, 2016 Staff Share Posted June 6, 2016 1. Part 4: Sturdee Residences Condo @ Sturdee Road and 4 Bedroom Type 2. Please see attachment of Bedroom 3:- 2.1. Be careful of sleeping with bed-head / face close to the wall sharing the WC piping of the Master Bedroom Toilet 3. In addition, there is a WC (Toilet) close to the main entrance door. Usually, in many other developments / layouts; this area would have just been the wet kitchen area. Quote On 6/6/2016 8:04:29 AM, Anonymous wrote: 1. Part 3: Sturdee Residences Condo @ Sturdee Road2. Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 26, 2023 Author Staff Share Posted July 26, 2023 BEWARE OF THIS FENG SHUI SCAM Feng Shui suffers a bad reputation, today. Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. Many Feng Shui Masters and their shops are FAKES! On Saturday, 14 March 2020, a WhatsApp from a past client P.S. Frankly, I was just being extremely polite. Actually if one got the hint, as the British always say just throw the "bloody" thing away!
