Thank you. 1. Situational Approach The unit you mentioned as "X" on the surface looks rectangular. Thus based on this link; "It depends!". As you have voiced concern over the block; similarly an ultra conservative geomancer may also share the same views. This is because less likely, that it has seems not to have a proper or rather imbalanced air-flow around this block. Which in essence is inauspicious. The jagged edges of Block B facing the open car-park is considered a Sha Qi or poison arrows. And it is not good to be a neighbour so close to it. As I mentioned, it depends because, one has to take into consideration factors like:- a. How suitable is this home to the breadwinner + various locations of areas like where are the toilets / kitchen = stove vs sink, bedroom sectors etc.. b. Mapping out the Flying Stars of the unit. In addition other factors include things like Para 2. to 5. In order to make a proper assessment of the unit in Block B. 2. Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. 3. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better! Other concepts 4. Fix-the-Leak, First! Easily three or more major problems. 5. The Concept of Maximizing Marks Hopefully from a FAIL to a PASS or better!
myfs_143889
Thank you for your advice. If that is the case, can you comment on another unit of Block A (lower right corner unit with blue circle)? Is that unit far enough to be not affected by the Sha QI from the Block B unit? Thank you. No. Anyway Block B was never a shaxqi to Block A from the start.
