Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 29, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 29, 2017 Anchorvale Plains Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans: anchorvale-plains.pdf Lease Commencement in Year 2020 1. HDB Anchorvale Plains @ Sengkang and Flying Star Feng Shui 2. NE1 facing stacks/units. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Especially stack 41 and 43 have a clear space and direct view of the punggol reservoir - particularly stack 41. 2.1 Thus, such units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. 2.2 NE1 = 33 and 35 also have a somewhat indirect view of the punggol reservoir (to the left and pass the Sengkang East Way road. 2.3 In such a situation, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. 2.4 For units like stack 01 and 03; both are not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. 2.5 On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. 3. NW3 especially stacks 53 & 55 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. 3.1 In my opinion, the main drawback is that stack 53 has the master bedroom wall bathed in afternoon sun. 3.2 And both stacks do have indirect (slanted) afternoon sun rays all year long... 3.3 NW3 stacks 29, 31, 39. Good if the living room faces a pool of water. 3.4 If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. 3.5 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances. 3.6 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 4. SE1 with stacks 37 & 45. For such a facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. If so, it is a double bonus as SW1 enjoys the auspicous 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui. 5. SE3 with stacks 25, 27, 47, 49 & 51. SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. 5.1 Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. 5.2 Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room. 5.3 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed 5.4 Good, if the rear of the house has a / activate a "mountain" support. [2016 launch]
