Majority of the development in this area faces Flying stars NW3 or SE3. In this development: stacks 2, 3 and 4 faces NW3. While stacks 1, 5 & 6 faces SE3. Stacks 2, 3 and 4 are NW3 faces another development Sea Avenue Mansions. NW3 stacs/units has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. Wise to disarm them. If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness SE 3 facing are stacks 1, 5 and 6.The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious.
