I found the old threaded that you have advised for the 5 bedroom type.

For Blk 451B unit 697 & 695 u mentioned is S2 , can unit 689 & 691 consider as S2 also?

We are going to select 4 bedroom type, will appreciate if you can share the ranking .

Ever since the concern of malfunctioning lifts in HDB flats;

I cannot help but always try to peek at the brand of lift I am getting into.

OMG! My fears came to haunt me (ever since I read horror stories).. it’s the dreaded Sigma brand! @ West Terra! Oops!!!

Most likely it was approved pre-banned years!!!
