Staff Cecil Lee Posted October 16, 2017 Staff Share Posted October 16, 2017 Homes with reinforced concrete roofs As reinforced concrete roofs does not add to to gross floor area; it is quite popular with both home and new buildings... In a hot and wet country like ours; this means that it either offers welcome shade or allow one to partially leave the windows ajar without fear of rain water leaking into a home... This redeveloped home is a few months closer to T.O.P. P.S. In the past few years; the main disadvantage of it is hygiene: where birds can perch on it and deficate on the ledges.. bird flu viruses etc..
