muffin_99
Dear cecil,Would like to see some pictures showing the yin/ yang balance. Thanks.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted January 7, 2000 Staff Share Posted January 7, 2000 Dear Anon,Overall, yin and yang cannot be really `seen'. It has different meanings such as bright and dark, hot or cold.It is easier to imagine what it is like. For example, in a room, one can make it more yang or more yin. More yang, would mean brighter colours or putting up bright posters etc..Maybe perhaps, you could elaborate more, if I truly missed the point.Warmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 1/7/00 1:30:21 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear cecil,Would like to see somepictures showing the yin/ yangbalance. muffin_99
Dear cecil,The reason I asked for yin/yang balance picture is so that user can understand the concept better. I came across a book in which the author had explained the concept by using pictures from real life, interior decoration and gardens etc. eg pictures of sunrise as the yang and the pictures of moonlight as yin also eg. darker color walls (yang) lighter color carpet(yin) and many more. Since it is such an important part of learning feng shui. I thought pictures explaining this concept will be beneficial for users. Thanks.
