Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 24, 2018 Staff Share Posted July 24, 2018 Watch out for the future review... a 99 years leasehold development where Singapore Press Holdings seems to have diversified into the property segment... From the above streetmap: the layout of this condo looks conservative and mostly straight rows...
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 8, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted November 8, 2018 Part 1: Block layouts at right-angles often always result in the creation of potential poison arrows from the sharp corners of neighbouring block aimed towards another block/stack. Question: How can I be sure whether my unit is affected by a potential poison arrow? Reply: Unfortunately, until the Block/stack/unit is up (completed) then can one confirm whether there is a potential poison arrow and how much impact it is on a unit. It is much more difficult to cure if the poison arrow is aimed towards a balcony opening such as the balcony sliding glass area especially exactly at the middle of the living room opening. However, external blind(s) can help. Or for bedrooms day curtains drawn most of the time is a consideration, here.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 9, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted November 9, 2018 Part 2: Stacks/units with fluctuating luck depending on the mercy of the flow of qi (wind) in and around them. 1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, one has to understand how qi (wind) flows both at the frontage (living room/bedrooms side) and the rear of the unit. 2. Usually, stacks/units highlighted in yellow, are more prone to swings of health-wealth luck then the other stacks/units. 3. For example, especially strong windy days may even cause health and wealth issues to these yellow units: 3.1 Thus especially for stacks/units #27, #09, #32 and #42 can often have extremely good luck or very bad luck! 3.2 Thus, architects, planners/developers should take heed to instead, plan these blocks in a more rounded horse-shoe layout. For example similar to the likes of The Tropica at Bedok Reservoir. Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 9, 2018 Author Staff Share Posted November 9, 2018 Part 4: External Shapes and Forms - As facilities are immobile, there is no way one can change these. Thus common sense says that one should study carefully especially areas like the Bin Centre, Generator set & Sub-station. There are many other areas to take note of. Especially:- No. 8 Pavillion BBQ By The Lake (Especially ground floor and low floors.. smell and some noise) No. 26 Kids Water Play Area (Especially on weekends can be rowdy) No. 27 Little Tots Play Area (Especially on weekends can be rowdy) etc... Staff Cecil Lee Posted July 3, 2019 Author Staff Share Posted July 3, 2019 Part 7: Under Symbolism in Feng Shui - Master Bedroom door is "exposed" to partial dining table. Avoid sharp objects on the dining table facing this bedroom door Block 19 #13 & #20 Block 25 #38 and #45 This is considered an "easy" fix = keep the dining table neat and tidy. Plus avoid sharp objects placed onto the dining table facing the bedroom door. For example, no issue to use knifes and forks and chop-sticks. But after using finish, do keep these items and not leave them on the dining table. In addition, avoid placing an espresso coffee maker (boiling water) facing the bedroom door.
