Implying perhaps that if one is not smart enough to ask, only during key collection, then perhaps stack #02 will find out that the common bin is the closest to their unit. 4. Fortunately although it is just two utility rooms away from the door. 4.1. Nevertheless, cross-fingers that a future potential buyer might not try to avoid or perhaps low-ball the sale... 4.2. Worse, if the potential buyer brings along an overzealous Feng Shui Master. 4.3 It is the end of the story. Here it becomes: "Please look elsewhere!". Go cultivate, collect and cook the veggies and use the spices... that are weekly fogged... Most likely the food will certainly taste unique.. but unfortunately may be toxic... and cancerous, please. P.S. Note: Photos are not of Sengkang Grand Residences. Added by me for illustration purposes, only. Often, even the Swimming pool gets the fogging chemicals.... takes a few hours for the water filter to do it’s work ... More... Location : Prive EC.. no more herbs.. just regular shrubs planted where the spices were suppose to be. Even if herbs or spices are available: the maxim - see but not eat applies, here Huh? These are landscape plants! Not spices.. LOL: Another recent development: Dairy Farm Residences also has this facility or feature in their development. In Cantonese is "Sure die" and "Sure to die". Is that a Buy or Not to buy in Fengshui aspect? Please note Feng Shui is about the external surroundings, the site/plot, the block and the unit. 2. Contrary to some beliefs, nothing to do with house or unit numbers. 3. In many previous forum postings.. maybe not this one... I always mentioned that what you brought up has to do with Chinese Customs or Beliefs = Taboos. 4. Come what may, nothing to do with Feng Shui. 5. Even if such numbers are lucky for some, but once the future decision comes for a potential buyer. It is their preference or taboo that is going to govern the success or failure of the sale. 6. In some forum postings, I mentioned a true case at a certain condo built formerly by NTUC Choice homes. Now have but disappeared. 7. A client told me that when he bought the home, the agent sigh in relief that it took him like 2 years to market the unit. 8. By the way, this client is a non-Chinese Filipino. With no baggage or taboo related to Chinese especially Cantonese regard to the number Four. 9. The unit? Block 4, #04-04. 10. Thus how can everything is also Feng Shui? House number? etc... 11. My dad also has car number S_ 14 ... So what? 11.1. In the past, my neighbour's condo unit is like #01-44, #04-44.. and his car is also like S_ 44. LOL 12. The maxim: "One man's meat is another's poison!" Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui. But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one: Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why. The invite contains a PIN code to be allowed into this condo thru Whatsapp and Email... [However owner needs to input your HP number and Email address] The slight disadvantage is for those driving into the development. But can nevertheless show the invitation to the guards. Another development The Garden Residences also has an invite system for their guests… Many others e.g. Whistler's Grand keeps a record ... once you provide a name and HP number, the previous unit number is flagged out to the guards... This is the most common system in use today other than the paper entries... For Whistler's Grand.. during the early days of T.O.P. the guard will even print out a visiting chit. No more today. Provided with Grey tone Zip track [TWO]. Ceiling mounted sound reduction boards at the living room external balcony area [THREE]. Sound reduction ceiling boards for all rooms facing towards the PIE and Slip Road leading to it P.S. This is not the first time a developer had provided some sound reduction for units facing busy areas. Especially units nearby to an elevated MRT track such as The Brownstone EC in Canberra/Yishun. However, such sound reduction was confined only to the living room balcony ceiling area. In September 2023: Salts Sprinkled on Floorings We observed that some residents have sprinkled saits on the foors as part door opening ceremony.
