This is Volume 2 of 2

Case Study 21: "Watch Your Back" = Bed-head should not share the same wall as a stove, oven or microwave.

Legend:

A = Bed-head must not share same wall as a stove, oven or microwave. But can share same wall as a fridge or a pantry cabinet.

B = Simply, stove must not face sink. Note: the sink is on a separate area of the kitchen.

C = Altar is sharing the same wall as the bedroom wall. Avoid placing the bed-head or bed next to this wall. Okay if the altar shares the same wall as a wardrope, here.

D = Wealth Luck wasted in the bedroom. Do a search for the Concept of Maximising Marks or  the 12 Habits of Feng Shui for ways to improve the Feng Shui.

E = The area highlight in Yellow is actually considered as a protrusion.

Case Study 22: How should a King Sized Bed be placed in this Master Bedroom?

1. Shapes and Forms: Posion arrow at red marking "A" - if the red arrow is aimed towards the bed.
1.1. Otherwse, the bed placed at blue marking "B" is fine or okay.
2. For many male Singapore citizens who had served in the SAF; position B is said to be at an advantages - as it has a commanding view of the bedroom door.
3. In addition, it is furthest away from the entrance to the toilet.
4. Bed is in owner's good sector = longevity. Another plus factor.

227670597_SHAPESANDFORMSPOISONARROW1.png.3ef34bba7a3fb6c663375d8da41cbbb2.png

4. [Below] Although bed-head direction as shown by blue marking "C", however, bed sector is at his inauspicious sector = Disaster sector.

4.1. If given a choice, I would prefer that the bed is within a good sector = Longevity under Option 1 = better.

2141563429_SHAPESANDFORMSPOISONARROW2.png.75a5090de1f34abf2df35d4ed3b83b35.png

5. But bed is just next to the Toilet Entrance.

6. Overall, this layout is in my opinon not as good as under Option 1.

7. In conclusion, recommendation is Option 1 as 1st choice.

Case Study 23: Auspicious number of steps, Altar location & Poison arrow

Legend:
A = First two steps is considered auspicious while the third is inauspicious. To configure the tiles at this area.

B = This home belongs to Period 6: between 1964 to 1983. I always add Period 7 and 8 into the chart for reference.

C = For this home, acceptable for Guan Yin or Guan Kong to be at this location. But make sure that a bed does not share the altar wall. A study or work table is okay.

X and Y = Often the study/work room door is not closed. If so, the wal running from X to Y becomes a poison arrow. Cure? Move the sofa away from the RED arrow.

Case Study 24: Don't just consider text-book Eight House 4 Good/Bad Feng Shui only. External elements i.e. sun rays too.

1. One must not eat and sleep only on text-book Feng Shui.

2. This is the idea that even if we don't live there, we must do our best to fit text book Feng Shui into the family's environment.

3. One key area that one must consider especially in a country at the equator like Singapore is: "Where is the afternoon sun rays (if any)?

606328267_considerafternoonsun.png.a6b0f46ac8148ebbbff223f73a7a1bf0.png

4. In this example, son belongs to the East Group. And his study table faces East.

4.1. Good that his back is against the afternoon sun. Not perfect that he has this bedroom, but there again, his eyes will not be facing the afternoon sun!

Case Study 25: Avoid too many plants at the living room balcony

Legend:
A = Balcony at SE has inauspicious Flying Star "bad wood" elements which represents Conflicts and Quarrels. Client insists on some plants. Told to avoid too many plants, there.

B = This review was done in 2015. Client was also told the signficance of the current double aupicious #8's will expire from 2024 onwards. But for the moment, client wanted a water position. So asked where to place at marking C (see below).

C = Client wanted to place a fountain. Marked the location for her.

X and Y = Avoid opening the panel at location marked as Y. Since not practical for a partition.

Case Study 26: How to Create good Feng Shui for a Home

1. Shapes and Forms and flow of q:. A straight path between the main entrance towards the windows at the living room. Is but one of the examples, here.

1.1. There is also the concern of the stove facing an open window in the kitchen.

1.2. Potential Sha Qi in the Master Bedroom if an extended wardrope is built as shown in the illustration.

2. Eight House: For example, Master bed-head direction is very suitable to Mr and Mrs. In addition, bed-head illustrations and study directions are optimal for both sons.

3. Flying Star Feng Shui: For example avoid Green in Bedroom 3.

4. Ba Zi Feng Shui: For example, the colours for Master bedroom and especially children's bedroom(s).

P.S. When engaging a Feng Shui Master: best to ask them for a sample of their work + Must I buy from You?

6. Office Warming Day or First Day of Operations:

Case Study of an office Feng Shui_6.png

6.1. [Above] Is not Feng Shui. More to do with traditional customs and beliefs or feel good.

6.2. For example, covering of the signage is again to do with Customs or beliefs.

6.3. Thus, above Office Warming exercise is Optional.

7. Client employing a new Sales Manager and ask for advice on his seating position.

Case Study 35: House placed for sale after the divorce of this couple

1. On 30 September 2020, this house was still for sale at $50,000 cheaper than it's valuation in Jurong.

2. This home has the ingredients of inauspicious sectors at important sectors of the home:

2.1. Living Room plagued with #2 = sickness + #3 = Quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements.

2.2. The centrepoint of this house also has a #3 = Quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements with the same #2 = sickness at the open space.

3. The frontage at South has the inauspicious double #7's which represents Robbery or theft of wealth luck.

4. Master bedroom at SW sector has a #5 = Misfortune/sickness (while #9 is the coming wealth star...due to arrive shortly.. but unfortunately at the moment the #5 is the dominant element.)

5. The Master bedroom closer to the window at the air-con ledge equally has another #5.

5.1. Thus "left-right" the Master bedroom is influenced by two #5's.

6. To add insult to injury... the kitchen and where the unit's stove was, was located at NW = inauspicious "Fire@Heaven's Gate".

4662960_CaseStudyinauspicioushouse.thumb.png.1751977c914b9d525999b48ed8b7df66.png

Above: The Sample Worksheet is for me to for House Hunting Cases only

7. Especially under Flying Star Feng Shui, this is a house of horrors.

8. The common corridor concrete half wall also has a poison arrow (sharp corner) aimed towards the front door of the unit.

9. With so many problems even the current prosperity #8's located at NE and N cannot help. As such wealth luck is overwhelmed for this house.

10. Want to safe $50,000 and buy this house? Anyone?
