Looking to rent an office Unit?

1. Shape of the Unit

1.1. In general, the safest Interior for an office is as squarish as possible.

1.2. [Below] Thus even if the wealth sector(s) are located anywhere within either one or more of the grids, wealth luck can be achieved.

1.3 [Below] In general, can be seen that a Squarish interior allows for better "Flow of Qi"

1.4. [Below] For example, even if the wealth luck sector is anywhere at one or more of the $ area, it can still circulate well:-

2. What about a narrow profile?

2.1. [Below] A narrow layout is like the "narrowing of an artery". Thus do hope that the wealth sectors are either at sector A and or sector A + the centre of the unit:

2.2. [Below] Via Flying Star Feng Shui and if the wealth luck is at one or more of pink locations = X , then can affect business luck.

2.3 [Below]  Qi flow in a narrow interior is squeezed:-

2.4 [Below] Thus assuming if $ represents good sector(s) of the unit, it is harder to circulate within the whole office area:

2.4.1. If so will certainly affect the viability of the business in the Long run.

3. Where avoid a unit with a missing corner. For office unit, this is often achievable. Given that a missing corner or rather at the wrong area can affect one's wealth if it is suppose to be a wealth corner.

Case Study: Sample Feng Shui of a new Start Up Business where the interior layout is fairly optimal i.e. not unduly narrow shaped.

1. Identifying sectors and their significance. For example Avoid Accounts and Finance at West.

5. Combined Auspicious Dates

6. Office Warming Day or First Day of Operations:

6.1. [Above] Is not Feng Shui. More to do with traditional customs and beliefs or feel good.

6.2. For example, covering of the signage is again to do with Customs or beliefs.

6.3. Thus, above Office Warming exercise is Optional.

7. Client employing a new Sales Manager and ask for advice on his sitting position.

How to apply the Compass School of Feng Shui successfully in an office setting

A Step-by-step Case Study of the application of Flying Star Feng Shui
followed by the use of the Eight House (Life Aspirations / 4 Good/Bad directions)

Step 1: Applying Flying Star Feng Shui

1. This first slide shows the importance of finding e.g. the best sector for the Head or in this Case the CEO.

2. For example, the office environment is limited to the "white areas". And in 2023 onwards (till 2043)., two of the best locations are North = #9 water star or Career and overall luck sector.

3. And NE = #9 Mountain Star or the Networking and relationship sector from 2023 onwards (till 2043). However, this area does not belong to the business or company.

Step 2: Applying Eight House (4 Good/Bad Directions)

4. In an office environment, it is always ideal to find the best or most optimal room for the boss. In this example is the CEO.

4.1. It is equally nice also if his seating can also match his optimal.

5. Known from Step 1 is that the best rooms are located at North. And there are two possible rooms for the CEO.

5.1. Fortunately, either of the two Office Rooms 1 and 2 in BLUE are suitable for this CEO. Furthermore, it is equally good or nice-to have this CEO sit facing "West" direction

6. This example also shows next best office rooms for e.g. Dy CEO, Finance, HR Legal, Operations.

6.1. Given that this is office has several ranks of managers, not possible for everyone to be located at the best seats.

7. Please note that this same concept can equally be applied to a HOME Feng Shui. As this example shows the flow: 1st Flying Star then nice-to Eight House (4 Good/Bad) directions.

Final Step 3: Applying the Five Elements Concept

onto the Flying Star Chart to

a. Enhance luck or
b. Neutralise inauspicious Qi

Note: Traditional Feng Shui does not need to purchase expensive commercial products in the name of Feng Shui.
