JC23
I have searched everywhere online and can not find a good blog post about grand pianos and Feng Shui. Which Feng Shui element(s) do grand pianos represent? Is it water because it’s black/plays music or is it wood Because that’s what it is made of or something else? Any best places and worst places to have a piano? thanks!
Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 5, 2020 Staff Share Posted June 5, 2020 1. It's understandable that you can't find anything on grand pianos and Feng Shui, but it's important to remember that not everything is related to Feng Shui. 2. The issue at hand is actually more closely tied to Number 3: Human or Man Luck, as illustrated below. 1. Feng Shui primarily focuses on the arrangement of the landscape and the circulation of qi. When it comes to the interior, special attention is given to the positioning of the main door, stairs, kitchen, and bedrooms 3.1. The Holy Trinity of Chinese Luck System consists of Human Luck. What is the Holy Trinity of Chinese Luck System: Human or Man Luck? 4. It is widely acknowledged that most grand pianos are black, primarily due to the cost-effectiveness of producing jet-black pianos. The large surface area of pianos requires a significant amount of wood, making it difficult to match large quantities of wood to achieve a uniform appearance. Additionally, black is often chosen in concert settings to avoid overshadowing the performer, and it complements the ebony/ivory keys. 5. In addition to black pianos, grand pianos are also available in white, natural wood such as walnut, and even unconventional colors like pink. The color of the piano does not significantly impact its quality or performance. 6. Owning a grand piano implies that it is placed in a prominent area, which aligns with Feng Shui principles that favor open spaces. However, this does not mean one must use the grand piano as a bed or embrace its tri-legs before sleeping. 7. In the realm of Feng Shui, a piano is considered a piece of furniture, albeit less common than items like couches, coffee tables, or bar counters. 8. The fact that a grand piano is typically enclosed in wood or lacquer, with metal components inside, is not a significant factor in its Feng Shui placement. 9. More crucial than the material composition is the symbolism behind owning a grand piano, similar to how some individuals derive satisfaction from owning luxury cars like Ferraris or Porsches. 10. Having a grand piano in the household can make a significant statement about the individual or family who possesses it. 11. For those who compose music, they may be associated with the Wood element in Feng Shui practices. 12. Playing music by an individual can be associated with the Water element. 13. Isn't it delightful and auspicious for human fortune when a family member performs beautiful music? 14. Can you inform me about the number of individuals who possess a residence with a grand piano? Undoubtedly, there is a sense of pride in owning such an instrument. 15. Consider this humorous scenario and inform the following renowned individuals (Alfred Brendel, Arthur Rubinstein, Clara Schumann, Frédéric Chopin, Ludwig van Beethoven, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart) that, according to Feng Shui, they are not permitted to have a grand piano in their homes! Share this amusing message with them... LOL... 16. How would the world be impacted without the presence of exceptional music compositions created by certain individuals? 17. Could there be instances where individuals contemplate suicide if they are prohibited from possessing a grand piano? "SIR! According to Feng Shui, having a piano in your residence is not advisable!" Chopin once said, "Music has the power to calm even the most unruly soul!" Do you understand the significance of this statement, Mr. Trump?
Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 5, 2020 Staff Share Posted June 5, 2020 1. Lately, I had a client who is the owner of a studio apartment. 2. An apartment is already small. Furthermore, with a small grand piano, they must have given up storage or other amenities for the grand piano. 3. The message conveyed here is that a house is simply four walls. 4.
