Update Ancestral Tablet

Hi, my dad passed away recently and I want to get a new ancestral tablet with my dad’s name on it. The current ancestral tablet only has my grandparents names. 
 

Any shops to recommend on where to do it and are there any procedures on replacing the old tablet with the new one(i.e prayers, etc.)?

Sorry to learn about your dad’s demise.

Those I knew had permanently closed shop due to their passing. And no one took over their business. So sorry.

Usually do check with the funeral parlour or Temples for leads.

Frankly, as mentioned above, it is a random search. Perhaps you can do more searches to locate more..

As pre-planning purpose, we bought the ancestral tablet from https://www.nirvanafugui.com/ancestral-tablet-e/ . They provide the services to inscribe names and photos on new ancestor tablet, and chanting services on replacing the old tablet.

I believe there should be more businesses in this line of service.

Unfortunately, most likely they are not as tech savvy as this company. Thus this could be the reason why earlier I also found this company/ link. 

The other approach is to check with the specific funeral parlour or local Chinese monastery on their recommendations.
