Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 20, 2021 Author Staff Share Posted September 20, 2021 Case Study 4: Although it is not a long corridor towards stack/unit 301; but it can be quite "irritating" to say the least to have a front door.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted September 20, 2021 Author Staff Share Posted September 20, 2021 Case Study 5: The common corridor railings are half-height, thus, from the front door of both stacks 365 and 367 Thus these units are not that great... More so also perhaps in a future re-sale value (if any).

Staff Cecil Lee Posted February 6 Author Staff Share Posted February 6 ITS PURE COMMON SENSE Why we had never recommend sprinkling salt especially all over the house? With the exception that if you want, may consider only the toilets. Found this notice at several lift lobbies of your next door development - HDB Plantation Grange Blks 133A & 133B… recently T.O.P. ++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ Notice to residents at HDB Plantation Grange during it’s T.O.P.
