Stars 2 and 5 - Star #2 = Sickness and #5 = Misfortune/Sickness

Dear Master Lee, could I please ask for the following advice about these stars? If the entrance has this combination stars (west entrance), what to do? 

 

If the master bedroom (west location, above entrance) has these stars, in combination, what to do? 

 

How bad is this and is there a way to solve this?

Frankly one has to look at the layout plan; see where the cardinal point where stars 2 and 5 are. 
The layout etc.. will thus play a part ....
