What happens when beneficial House facing doesn't match with bazi?

If I'm East person and a good location for the House implies facing West...is that very detrimental? Thanks

In general, the Feng Shui of each home came be sum up by a score:-

Part 1 : How favorable is this home to the main breadwinner? = Total of 30 marks

1. East or West Group = 10 marks

2. Kitchen = 10 marks

3. Main bedroom = 10 marks

 

Part 2 : Location, Location, location = Total of 70 marks

Consists of internal and external Feng Shui & Flying Stars & Ba Zi

Therefore  even if the facing direction: East or West are suitable or unsuitable, only a smaller percentage of the total score.

Thus it may or may not be detrimental often depends on the bulk of Part 2.

In fact, Feng Shui luck changes and is not static all the time…

In addition, even if the house is not suitable as in an East group person buying a West facing house, there are many Feng Shui tools.

Such as Habit Number Three:  The concept of maximising luck.

In addition to Habits 1, 2, 4 etc…
 

Thus it is not like the end of the world once only a house frontage is not as suitable to that person.

There are also situations where house is suitable but the rest of the Feng Shui scores are bad!
