Ancestor Altar placement

Usually 2 is preferred. Although one msut make sure that the deity must not be placed to close to the corner of the wall .. "creating a blind spot" for it.

If No. 2 is selected, no one must sleep directly on the opposite wall. A wardrope can be at the opposite wall.

Thank you so much for the reply greatly appreciated.. But was thinking of putting a bed a the wall behind number 2.. Coz heard that putting a bed in front of the toilet and window isn't good.. 😭 

 

So if place number 1 is not good right?

One can still place at number 1. 

However, preferred to "box" up the altar. 

Best not have an altar that does not have the side-walls. This is to prevent both cooking smells to altar. And more importantly = pure common sense. Where there might be a possibility of items brushing or toppling the altar. 

For example, accidentally clothes /clothes hanger or other items brushing the altar.
