Fengshui at Marina Bay Residences

Dear Shifu,

I would like to consult you on a property at the Marina Bay Residences condo,  i need to know if it is a good or bad fengshui staying in this condo? Next to this condo is a financial centre. I hope to buy a 2-bedder, which the balcony faces the sea view instead of the bay view. Is it OK to buy sea view unit? The kitchen is right after the main entrance door, which is an open concept kitchen. Is it fine to purchase it?
