sabbydu
Hi Mr Cecil, We have purchased a resale condo, with floorplan attached. Due to lack of storage space, our ID has recommended to build a triangular shaped storeroom (marked in red floorplan). Have read that triangular shaped bedrooms and houses are not ideal, but how about storerooms? And it is right in the centre of the home. Been trying to search for answers but to no avail until I chanced upon your website.. Hope you’d be able to shed some light on this! Thank you very much! Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 22, 2022 Staff Share Posted December 22, 2022 There are two major considerations under Feng Shui: 1. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: In theory often a triangular structure often can have points. 1.1. Here, luckily there is only one (sharp point). 1.2. And fortunately it is not aimed towards an opening such e.g. Bedroom 3. But flushed or parallel to the toilet wall = safe. No sha qi concerns (if any). 2. Unknown is the Flying Star Feng Shui. Hopefully this area does not have the Career and overall luck element trapped at this store-room. Knowing the Flying Star of the Centrepoint is important, here 3. In this example, luckily there is no similar store-room at the centrepoint! As the centrepoint is today's Career and overall luck. Thus if the centrepoint has the important current prosperity water wealth luck, don't built that storage room... Take the guesswork out of Feng Shui... Another Example It is crucial to understand a sector of what and what not to do, here
Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 22, 2022 Staff Share Posted December 22, 2022 Flying Star Feng Shui is the missing link If this is the Year 2038 till 2063 and if the centrepoint is "locked-up" e.g. a store-room, then by then #1 is the current prosperity wealth luck will be trapped at the centrepoint. Very unlucky during that period of time.
sabbydu
Thank you Master Cecil, for your valuable insights! Will use the centre of gravity method to determine the centre point of the house, as well as read up on flying star fengshui and I’m not familiar with the topic. If I’m understanding you correctly, if the suggested store room is at the centre point of the house, then it would be best not to build it? Grateful for your advice! Generally, under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, more likely better not to build at the Centrepoint. This is especially if one does not have the knowledge or ability to apply the Flying Star Feng Shui aka playing safe. I also mentioned, to build or not to build can be best predicted or dictated by applying the exact science of the Flying Star Feng Shui, that’s all. Frankly, if still cannot comprehend, do re-read the earlier thread again.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted December 23, 2022 Staff Share Posted December 23, 2022 Generally under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, a home or office unit should be as squarish as possible. And open spaces does help again (generally) to improve on Feng Shui. Learn why:-
