However, whether or not the GMT will be adjusted depends on whether you made any GMT timezone adjustments to the date of birth. As dates are all based from the pillars in the initial date and time of birth entered. Only exception is when using say the real-time daily forecast, the info there will be based on GMT +0800 as we are using that exact date and time as per the server timing. So that hour time there may differ for clients located around the world. It may shows the so call "true" hour depending on where you are from which is different from your local hour. URL: https://daily.geomancy.net/ However, if you generate any ba zi/auspicious date report from our site, then the date and timing is based on the local timing of the profile you entered. URL: http://date.geomancy.net In regards to applying location factor into Ba Zi, please read our ba zi faq on "Applying location factor into Ba Zi section":- URL: https://bazifaq.geomancy.net/ As adjusting GMT doesn't really consider both the long. and lat. changes, so honestly it is not the best way to apply GMT changes. Meaning our advise to clients located outside of China/Singapore is just to not apply any GMT changes when entering your ba zi report, but rather use your local timezone. So this means even if you are born in USA, say 1 Jan 1980 at 1pm, you should create the ba zi or auspicious date based on that, and not adjust your dob to USA timing. This way, when you use the auspicious date report, the date and time is based on, the timing will be based on the local time in your country. Only time, it can get a little complex is for auspicious date, is where two persons are born in different country (timezone). Then it can get a little complicated when you really want to consider the gmt timezone. In such, cases, there may need to be one-time conversion to make sure both persons are from the same timezone living in the same country. Otherwise, it is best to just apply the report as if it is your local timezone. Which means if you use your local time of birth in USA to generate the report, then that auspicious date and timing is the same local time you used when you enter the profile. So if the auspicious hour is 1am, then it is 1am at your local time. So same goes for the auspicious date report, as long as you use your local date and time of birth, then the report is based on your local time. So our advise for all international clients, is just to enter the date of birth as per your local time, don't need to make any GMT modification, this way all reports (auspicious date and whatever) timing, is based on that local time in that same country. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee On 30/5/2024 3:08 am, [hidden] wrote: Hello Mr. Lee, Are the dates that show up on the calendar the calendar date in China or America?
