moon88
Dear cecil,The fountains outside the condominiums or apartment complex is turned off during the winters due to the snow. Will this cause a imbalance since it becomes a mountain of snow in the place where ming tang should be. Will this be considered bad. Thanks.
Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 13, 2000 Staff Share Posted March 13, 2000 Dear Anon,1. Under natural forces of nature, it is acceptable to expect such conditions and one should not `worry' too much over this.2. Most importantly, even with heavy snow, it is unlike another building blocking the frontage of the condominium. So long at most of the year, it provides a clear frontage, it is acceptable.Worse off are those houses that have their frontage blocked by as I mentioned other buildings.Warmest Regards,CecilWarmest Regards,Cecil Quote On 3/13/00 1:20:00 AM, Anonymous wrote:Dear cecil,The fountains outside thecondominiums or apartmentcomplex is turned off duringthe winters due to the snow. Will this cause a imbalancesince it becomes a mountain ofsnowin the place where ming tangshould be.
