Mirrors in Bedroom

I have read that mirrors in the bedroom should not face the bed. Is there any way to mitigate this, as my bedroom is small and two mirrors face the bed?

One can find that not all of us are `affected' by mirror facing the bed.
However, one simple method is to either use opaque film over the mirror or place paper over the mirror e.g. tape plain paper over it.
