Why a person's element is Weak?

Dear All,
How come one is born `Strong' and another person born `Weak'.
Pillars of Destiny, in essence is about applying the Five Elements concept to analyse our Earthly Branches and Heavenly Stems.
In general, and in the more basic Pillars of Destiny involving only the Year, Month, Day and Time of birth, there are three main categories that could have resulted in one's element being weak:-
1. You are not born in the season that supports your element.
and/or
2. There is `weak support' on your Earthly branches.
and/or
3. There is `weak support' on your Heavenly stems.
For example, if you are a Weak Fire person:
(CLUE: Favourable elements: Wood and/or Fire element)
Looking at your personal chart:-
Lots of Earth (element) in your chart
======================================
If your chart has lots of Earth element, then the element beneficial to you is Wood.
Wood will help exhaust earth and incresae your Weak Fire element.
Lots of Metal (element) in your chart
=====================================
Your chart has lots of Metal element. Here, you should use Fire element to help your Weak Fire element. Where, fire is used against Metal element.
Lots of Water (element) in your chart
=====================================
Your chart has lots of Water element. Use Wood to absorb Water, and in-turn, produce Fire. Here, you should also have at least some fire element in your chart.
The first choice is always to see if one can use Wood. If not, one can still use Fire (second option).
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
