myfs_79855
I am wondering if I need to do anything about a power pole about 20 feet from the SW corner of my house. There is also a telephone pole beyond it. In the same direction, about 200 ft away, is a very unpleasant neighbor, who delights in making malicious mischief. I think I need to do something in this entire area, but don't know where to start. Any suggestions would be appreciate. Also, about 15 feet beond the power line is the property line.Thanks. Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 12, 2002 Staff Share Posted March 12, 2002 Dear Lindsey,To test whether the power pole is a threat, stand at your main door or the window. And look out of it. If the power pole is tangent to or seem to slice thru the main entrance door or a window, then this is a threat. Else if one can still see the power pole but it does not seem to slice thru the main door (directly) then there is no threat. I.e. the power pole must be seemed to be slicing thru the main door or window. If the power pole is diagonal then there is no threat at all.For the property line, if you have a fence or a bush, then this would be better.Warmest Regards,CecilP.S. graphic illustration of " No threat zone " Quote On 3/10/2002 11:24:00 PM, Anonymous wrote:I am wondering if I need to doanything about a power poleabout 20 feet from the SWcorner of my house.
