Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 29, 2002 Staff Share Posted March 29, 2002 This condominum project located in Hillview area of Singapore uses the concept of `retaining wealth' for it's residents. The overview of the frontage of the condominum is as follows:-http://www.geomancy.net/events/CDL_FS_Talk/talk_1_slide_37.htmsource and credit: Summerhill Condo - City Developments Limited The attached illustration below shows a rough sketch of this condominium which is on the upper slope of a sloping hill.In order to retain wealth, the condo has adopted a water feature where water is collected into a water position. Here, this is to prevent the `wealth' from flowing or draining into another condominum. This is a clever design and is good for the entire condominum households. Please see illustration attached. Staff Cecil Lee Posted March 29, 2002 Staff Share Posted March 29, 2002 To give an idea of how the slop is like, let's view the condo next to the Summerhill Condominum. (Where Summerhill Condo is one plot higher up this condominum project).
