Dear Anon,
Although you cannot control the road construction, since south does have so many sickness numbers, it is best to quickly neutralise this.
With multiple #2's, cure it with 6 coins at the South side.
Optional: You can also place the 6 coins into a glass bottle and add two spoonfuls of salt to plain water. Stir it before placing the 6 coins into the bottle with a open top. This can be placed on South side. (make sure that preferably, this is the window area).
Else, just hang 6 coins.
