Dead Tree

Dear Master Cecil:
There is a "dead tree" -- no leave, only ugly tree branches, in my neighbor's back yard.
There is no fence or anything that separates my neighbor's yard and my yard. In addition, the dead tree is almost at the property line and looks like situating in my back yard due to the layout of our properties and dwells.
Is the dead tree inauspicious to me? What should I do to it? Thanks in advance for your advice.
Regards,
Anon

Dear Anon,
Stand at the window(s) to see if the tree trunk slices into the home? If no, this is not a threat to your home.
This can be seen as a "commonsense" approach.
Often a dead tree is prone to rot / termites (if any). And because of this issue, it can be considered unhealthy.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
