The Sim Lian Group is an up and coming developer.

Previously; little known to many, it is a main con as opposed to being a developer.
Overall, having seen many of the developments which it is th main con; I am very impressed by their build quality.
In the past, even developers like MCL Land, use the company as the main con for their Seletar Springs condominium. Here, this low rise development has roof structure made of (steel) as opposed to wooden plank roofs etc...

It is worth to note that it's recent foray being a developer is good for consumers. Since, it's two projects:
1. The Dew at Bukit Batok was sold out like hot cake in year 2001. This was because p.s.f. per square foot was a mere $390psf. (The Dew Executive condo, 99 Years)
2. The Jade, at Bukit Batok was also sold at such low price levels @ $483psf. This higher price was justifiable since this development is opposite the Bukit Batok MRT station.
3. It's latest launch of The Pearl is also very popular even during it's soft launch (no advertisement, then).
4. Do watch out for any new developments from them:) Overall, value for money. And can many of it's developments are in popular locations;
5. I remembered; having visited The Dew recently, prior to the TOP; their supervisor also boasted that they have 1 worker taking charge of each of The Dew's unit! Wow, this is truly impressive show of strength! So far, unmatched by any other developer!
Let's hope that in the future, it can still be a `people's developer instead of becoming another of the other developer.
