Number of fishes

Dear Master Lee, you did mention before that for Flying Star Feng Shui practitioner, having 7 goldfishes plus 1 black goldfish is recommended. Do you mean by having all of them in a tank or the total of fishes in a house? Because one could have 8 in a pond and later bought another 2 to put in a separate tank at separate corner in the house. Thank you.

Dear Stan,
Under Flying Star Feng Shui; each number represents an element.
This is where #7 represents `small metal'.
While #1 represents water element.
And #6 represents `big metal'
Often a "fail-safe" system is where should one of the 7 gold fish dies, often, one is still left with 6 gold fishes with 1 black fish.
Under the Productive sequence of the Five elements concept: Metal supports Water element.
Thus, this is why, 7 gold fishes with 1 black is often mentioned - for fish tank.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
