Help on 10-Year Luck Period

According to my paid Pillars of Destiny Report:
Luck (4) [2002 to 2011] is an inauspicious period as it does not favour your 10 yearly Big Luck Period.
[2002 to 2006] (ren-Water) is an inauspicious period as it does not favour your 5 yearly Luck Period.
[2007 to 2011] (chen-Earth) is an auspicious wealth period for you.
2002 to 2006 is an inauspicious period for me. Is there anything I can do to make it better? My family has been struggling financial since 2001 and I would like to make it better for 2004.

Dear Anon,
Pillars of Destiny has it's limitations:
1. It is a snap-shot of your Heaven Luck or (What is given to us).
2. On a personal level, we can try to wear clothings that harmonize us.
3. More importantly, our Earth Luck (Home) does have a significant weightage on our luck.
4. Pillars of destiny is used to harmonize our ba zi with our home. For example, colour scheme and position of beds, study area.
5. This is why, as far as possible, the three holy trinity of Luck is often used - instead of only 1 trinity (Heaven luck) in isolation.
Heaven Luck - what is given (Use this to harmonize with our earth luck)
Earth Luck (Feng Shui of a home)
Human (Man) Luck - this is free e.g. relationship with family members (bonding etc...)
