Dear Chrissie,

In my opinion, honestly, I feel that a house number on it's own may not be the main cause of the problems or issues.

Often, there is much more than this i.e. much more leaks in the home to give such a negative impact in your life.

Wishing you all the best in the sale of your house!

In the meantime, take care!

Warmest Regards,

Cecil

In countries dominated by or influenced by the Cantonese dialect group; No. 4 means "die" in their language. Thus 44 means "sure to die"...
Thus, especially in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia; often this MAY affect the resale value of SUCH a property especially for such Chinesepotential buyers...
