Due to the government's relaxation of rules for renting out an entire HDB apartments, some have asked their parents to move-in with them. And have rented out their parent's HDB apartment especially in areas like Holland Village, Queenstown etc... HDB apartments does not costs that much as compared to a condo, yet, some can sometimes yield higher or equavalent rentals to such condos....
