myfs_113093
hello Master Cecil LeeI would like to know the considerations to look into before I hang a family photo on the wall. Is it alright to hang it on a wall that faces the side of the Goddess of Mercy that I have on an altar and the photo also faces the storeroom?Wishing you a good yearAnnieBlk 879Tampines Ave
Staff Robert Lee Posted February 12, 2007 Staff Share Posted February 12, 2007 Dear Annie, annie koh wrote:I would like to know the considerations to look into before I hang a family photo on the wall. It is often kept in your family album where possible. Even if you wish to blow up a picture to hang in your home, you also want to keep in private, so really the best location to place such family photo is in the privacy of your study room or even hall way for example. Small photos on table or desk etc is perfectly fine, but big photos that are hung say in the living room or any wall that may beseen when astrangerpasses your home. I mean this is like advertising to everyone who stays or lives in the house. Then everyone will know who you are where you stay and easy for people to harm/distrub you. For example, thieves can know who you are and monitor/track your movement then break into your know when you are not around.Photos also should not face the kitchen, as the kitchen often have lots of knife and cutting which can be like cutting your own family photo if you let the photo face the kitchen. The above are the general points to take note. The rest as long as it does not fall under any of the above points, should generally be ok.annie koh wrote:I would like to know the considerations to look into before I hang a family photo on the wall. Even the side of the goddess/altar may not be the best position. Hope that helps.Warmest RegardsRobert LeeGEOMANCY.NET - Center for Applied Feng Shui Research
