Hi Master Lee , check with you. Example our move in date is 19th can we move most of our things into the new house first ? Then on the 19th we just step in ( with your steps given ) and stay officially? Good news is that this is one or rather the most common situations

Can I check in terms of fengshui, any impact if we change the main door from the current wood one to a glass door pls? Happy New Year! Not Feng Shui, but for condos not allowed to anyhow change. Main doors adjacent to elevators must have a fire rating of at least 30 minutes. During my most recent visit to a client at Yew Mei Green EC in 2023, I noticed that they had replaced their main door with a completely different one due to a significant crack in the existing door. Interestingly, their neighbor had also upgraded their front door. It is worth noting that both new doors do not quite complement the exterior design of the other existing doors [original door design] in the development.

The bed faces either a curtain, sliding door, or partition.
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_151113's topic in General Help
sorry cecil, quick question that the partition between door way and staircase if i choose this type of partition is it ok? cos i remembered not to have something that feels like got something “slicing” me when i enter the door way? . Indeed, upon initial observation, this appears to have a rather "intense" appearance... therefore, it will not be approved = a failure! -

Uncle just passed away, can my relatives attend my wedding?
Cecil Lee replied to Nutella's topic in General Help
The Final Say is that of the Matriarch or also known as "The God-Mother of the Family Here, the God-Mother (God-Ma)'s word is the LAW. And also as the father, uncle(s) are her children, no one can give offence to their decision. Okay, Okay, To bad, if family don't have such a Matriarch. END OF STORY! -
Uncle just passed away, can my relatives attend my wedding?
Cecil Lee replied to Nutella's topic in General Help
On one hand this is our Chinese culture. In the past there is a matriarch such as a grandmother. Or best to seek out your parents mum or dad. Who are also the parents of your uncles for advice. Seek their advice or guidance. This is by far the best approach so as not to hurt relationships with the uncles. Next in is to seek parents advice. However, if cannot rely on this, I have mentioned the obvious already. So don’t ask me again. As it goes into a circle again. -
Uncle just passed away, can my relatives attend my wedding?
Cecil Lee replied to Nutella's topic in General Help
Cruel as it sounds, unfortunately if one is Chinese (as can’t tell from your account name); best to uninvite. Blame this strictly on our Chinese culture. Bo Pian (Hokkien for no choice). -
Frankly, I have already shared my opinion, already. Personally, my standards for self is high. And no, I personally will not buy such a unit. As I have always actively deducted such units in my potential purchase. It is just my personal preference that’s all. Not withstanding whether other Feng Shui factors are good or not. Don’t regret that you continue to “bombard” on this question. Likewise, did not own a Jap or Korean car. A matter of preference, right? LOL

HEY! There is a LIFE greater than being a BOOK SMART Person... Learn Why? +++++++++++ Ponder This Why Street Smarts Beats Book Smarts Don't be just WEST Group Book SMART! +++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++ +++++ In my opinion, these are two major considerations in such a situation: a). Shapes and Forms Feng Shui b). Holy Trinity of Chinese Luck System a). Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1. Often, many of us sees a bedroom and automatically (roughly) knows where the bed could be placed especially for a Queen (5 ft wide) or King (6th wide). 2. Here, one is automatically applying the Shapes and Forms principles - given that most bedrooms do have a bedroom door, a window and especially in SG a limited sized bedroom. 3. This is why, in my Feng Shui review reports, one will always notice that I always add numbers to "Best Study/Work directions" but never for the lower half showing best bed-head direction:- 3.1 Reference Resource: b). Holy Trinity of Chinese Luck System 4. In addition, you have also correctly pointed out that this bed-head position is in a "Command Position." 4.1. And this is actually associated with the concept of the Holy Trinity of Chinese Luck System. 4.2. Check out this resource to find out the three types of Chinese Luck System: A. Heaven Luck or Born With = 33.33% B. Earth Luck or Feng Shui = 33.33% C. Man or Human Luck = 33.33% Total = 100 marks 5. What is most important that even if bed-head facing West is ideal for both partners, however, by placing it facing West, one may not feel at ease or comfortable with such an arrangement. For example no longer in the "command position" + also have to content with facing the bathroom door and looking into the toilet. 6. Some Feng Shui book authors also illustrate this with someone holding a dagger and creeping towards the bed and "slashing" those sleeping on this bed:- 6.1. In addition, in order to walk towards the windows, one must make a large round-about towards it, also. Although this is not the main consideration. 6.2. Another concern especially for newer condos, ECs and HDBs using dry wall partitions is the concern of EMF radiation (if any) from such a set up where a TV set (in the living room) may be sharing the same wall as the bed-head.

What is Habit Nine (9)? Related: Habit Number Nine (9): The Three Step Approach Habit Nine was specifically created to illustrate the flaws or rather to highlight on the limitations of concepts such as that of the Eight House Theory For example Eight House or Four Good/Bad or Life Aspirations/Associations is a limited concept. For example the Eight House concept or 4 Good 4 Bad directions has It's Limitations Under the Eight House concept, it is pure and simple: EBONY OR IVORY. YES or NO! Are you working in a good sector? Yes or No? Are you sitting facing a good direction? Yes or No? What else do you want out of this theory or concept? This concept is either Yes or No? And there are no such things as BUT, IF or MAYBE! The saying goes a miss is as good as a mile!

The main point of the text is to warn readers about a potential scam involving the sale of multiple Feng Shui products for different sectors of the home. The seller's ulterior motive is to get victims to buy as many products as possible. Reflect on this... How is it possible that in the past, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents did not have these things, yet they managed to survive?

How to apply the Compass School Feng Shui successfully in an office A Step-by-step Case Study of the application of Flying Star Feng Shui followed by the use of the Eight House (Life Aspirations / 4 Good/Bad directions) Step 1: Applying Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This first slide shows the importance of finding e.g. the best sector for the Head or in this Case the CEO. 2. For example, the office environment is limited to the "white areas". And in 2023 onwards (till 2043)., two of the best locations are North = #9 water star or Career and overall luck sector. 3. And NE = #9 Mountain Star or the Networking and relationship sector from 2023 onwards (till 2043). However, this area does not belong to the business or company. Step 2: Applying Eight House (4 Good/Bad Directions) 4. In an office environment, it is always ideal to find the best or most optimal room for the boss. In this example is the CEO. 4.1. It is equally nice also if his seating can also match his optimal. 5. Known from Step 1 is that the best rooms are located at North. And there are two possible rooms for the CEO. 5.1. Fortunately, either of the two Office Rooms 1 and 2 in BLUE are suitable for this CEO. Furthermore, it is equally good or nice-to have this CEO sit facing "West" direction 6. This example also shows next best office rooms for e.g. Dy CEO, Finance, HR Legal, Operations. 6.1. Given that this is office has several ranks of managers, not possible for everyone to be located at the best seats. 7. Please note that this same concept can equally be applied to a HOME Feng Shui. As this example shows the flow: 1st Flying Star then nice-to Eight House (4 Good/Bad) directions. Final Step 3: Applying the Five Elements Concept onto the Flying Star Chart to a. Enhance luck or b. Neutralize inauspicious Qi Contrary to Popular Belief, No Need Expensive Cures or Enhancements Note: Traditional Feng Shui does not need to purchase expensive commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Happy New Year! I know you are referring to a home. However, in my opinion, the best to understand the whole concept is to use an example from an Office Feng Shui Review.
