HDB Parc Woods Tengah BTO launched in February 2021
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
Case Study 6: The Precinct Pavilion Frankly for newer developments (touch wood) there should be fewer wakes/funerals. Perhaps more happy occasions like Malay wedding activities. Thus do expect some noise. For stacks #420 and #422 tendency for less privacy especially at the VOID deck during such activities. In green such as stacks #402, #404 and #406 face the Pavilion. Thus higher floors preferred to avoid looking into it. As for #400, #408 #418 and #424 has more to do with "noise pollution" if any if there are certain activities carried out at the Pavilion. -

Case Study 5: Poor Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, Frontage of Stacks #382 and #410 and the Common Bin Lobby (CBL) Residents of both #382 and #410: "Sir! Can you please ban the consumption of durians at Blocks 322B and 322C respectively? MP: "No, Sir, NOT!" MP: "Didn't you read the HDB Brochure Fine Print or at least use your common sense? Before purchasing the UNIT?" MP: "Serve you Right! NEXT!" -

Case Study 4A: The neighbour = A Bus Interchange A Question Mark for Now! 1. The U/C Bus Interchange may or may not have an impact on lower & higher floors of Stacks #474 and #476. Plus a future high-rise development on this same plot. 2. Coincidentally in the past, I had new clients who called for a Feng Shui audit for similar homes in other developments close to such a Bus Interchange. 3. Thus best to place these stacks at your back-burner for the time-being. Case Study 4B: The neighbour = Site reserved for a Church located at Tengah Park Avenue which is directly across the frontages of both Stacks #474 and #476. Less of a concern given that it is "a development" away. Need to see this neighbour's block plans, first. What ever it is, do expect both construction noise and dusts during the duration of these neighbour's build-up. -

Case Study 3: There is a possibility that from the front door of unit #386, one may be able to see into the Wash Area (WA) and/or common bins - especially if railings will be deployed surrounding this WA. -

Case Study 2: Pray that Parc Wood's Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System works fine all the time-:) 1. This system depends on the co-operation of every resident. 2. Else... P.S. Related: Do a search in this forum for Pneumatic 3. Waste Conveyance System and there are several write-ups on this topic. 4. Imagine, a Bin Centre comes one circle again. As this was popular in the 1980’s. Much like these pictures (below). With the exception that these ones are not as high-tech as the PWCS of today.... -

Case Study 1: Any concern with Stacks #410 and #412 facing a fork road? Not perfect but generally acceptable. Low floors may occasionally hear the screeching sounds of heavy braking, though. Case Study 4: Good that in this entire block only stack #103's front door is directly facing a corridor. Furthermore, good that it is a short corridor. P.S. HDB BTO McNair Heights launched at the same time have more than it's fair share of this. For example, below belongs to a Block located at McNair Heights:- -

I am not talking about this one at sixth avenue earlier. But plot 1 No. 555 sixth avenue fits the bill. P.S. Apparently this triangle plot was one of the very first to be sold.
-
Although the plot is triangular in shape; good to see that this is a reasonable sized plot. The entrance alone is not the chief consideration. Many homes have successfully being built on such plots. For example in Kovan area and Sixth avenue in Bukit Timah. To name a few.

1. In general, the photo gives an impression that the Feng Shui of the house is generally acceptable. Subject to what was mentioned, below. 2. It would be exceptional especially if the Flying Stars match or in harmony with such features. 3. Especially if the correct Mountain and Water stars match the landscape with mountain “at it’s rear”. And water in front. 4. Hopefully (touchwood) that the house is not within the 1 in a million chance of a tsunami occurring especially in the Pacific Ocean. 5. Or that some land began to sink... I know this is the US. But Jakarta Indonesia has been sinking or Holland where that breakaway shown in the photo one day could become a dam of sorts. (Due in part to rising waters... anyway... no worries... by then here in Singapore... will also share same fate.. by then 100-200 years more...) 6. If the winds are also often calm, there then that’s fine. But the test is if one holds an umbrella... and it most likely has a mind of it’s own... then time to control the wind into that house... for the sake of health and wealth.
-
Based on the n your general description, more likely the frontage of this house could be South facing. In some situations, it may also be possible to be North or East. Especially if one of these areas open to some excellent “views” or features. But for now, let’s stick to South.

I did a search in this forum for one key word: "Pathology". 1. HDB Towner Crest BTO launched in February 2019 + a hospital? Where's the mortuary/deceased identify & collection point? Useful resource on the later. Good read 2. Thomson 800 3. HDB Anchorvale Isles 4. There are lots more resources related to homes near-by to a hospital. 5. I believe that these three examples should provide a good flavour for a better understanding of a home or homes close-by or facing a hospital. 6. You wrote: "Ans which block has better fengshui?"

Hi master Lee. Sorry to disturb you. Can I check with you. If I would want to use the charcoal stove on my move in day. Usually how are the procedure being perform? Light it up the charcoals in front of my main gate, and then do I step over the charcoal stove or when it is lighted up, I just bring it in to my house? Hi Master Lee, I was reading your forum, if I don't intend to light up the charcoal, I can wrap with red paper on each individual charcoal and fill it up in my charcoal stove and then bring it in. This way can also right? After bringing in to my house, I can keep it in my store room?

Hi Master Lee, (masked) passed me your contact. Can check with you, any charges applies if just wish to seek your advise? Basically, I looking for condo and found one but the balcony facing the so called 天砍杀 into the unit.

Frankly, no offence, this is considered rudimentary ... to buy or not to buy. If one does this frequently, my advice is might as well do this:- Isn't it much easier for one to flip a coin. Heads = Buy; Tails = Don't Buy or vice-versa right? This Kua/Gua thing [ON IT'S OWN] is identical to the above: Yes or No. Equivalent to Cave-men or Cave-person Fung Sway! LOL P.S. Don't get me wrong. Gua used singularly above is mediocre. It has to be used collectively or holistically with other fields on Feng Shui. Never standalone under this simplistic way.
