  1. HDB ALEXANDRA VALE BTO SELECTION OF 4 BEDROOM FLATS These are some considerations: 1. Stack 219's facing direction is expected to be at 200 degrees. And if built wrongly could be at the "no man's land" area of either S3/SW1. If so, can be very unlucky if so. S3 or SW1 2. Stack 219's compass direction is 200. And borderline between S3 and SW1. Slight wrong construction direction and this stack may end-up at this borderline between 202.4 to 202.5 degrees. For example, very inauspicious: Health and Wealth luck. 2.1. How to confirm this? Unfortunately is after these flats have been built. Pay a visit to take and confirm readings. Isn't this too late already? TRUE! 2.2. If so, Chinese call it "SWAY" or bad luck! And one may have to play this song: SWAY, SWAY and SWAY... Note: By Ranking Exercise also depends on breadwinner's ba zi. 3. The other two Stacks #237 and #239 also does not also fair too well at joint 7th place. 3.1. And these three are also at the bottom of my list of Good, Better, Worst Stacks/units. 4. To answer your question: in general, Stack #236 fare better for a West Group breadwinner, while Stack #237 for an East Group. Or Close to it.
  2. Fortunately, it is the Singapore Soka (Japanese) Association. Where the building looked mellowed, unlike that of a Chinese or Indian Temple.

  4. Good afternoon Master Lee. I'm reading your handbook on 1st time open door. There is a step on sprinkling rice and green beans. May I understand what is the meaning for this process? Thank you. >>to deposit wealth into the home. Oh, I see. So if include salt then will be cleansing purpose? >>Up to you. But if you have eg. parquet flooring or other types of flooring. And due to humidity the salt crystals become.. wet.. then GOOD LUCK! Sayonara to the flooring, simple as this >>Some clients have expensive floorings like marble and teak parquet flooring. And I include the use of salt, then.. if damage? Okay, I now understand the meaning behind the process. Thank you Master Lee!
  5. The infrastructure for the HDB Kitchen Sink, including water pipes and waste pipes, can be found in this area. This results in various Feng Shui related issues. 1. The front door faces the stove. 2. The front door faces the sink. 3. It is not recommended for the stove to be directly opposite the sink. 4. The refrigerator should not be placed directly opposite the stove if it has a water or ice dispenser. 5. Having the sink and stove on opposite sides is not only discouraged by Feng Shui principles, but it is also impractical. This arrangement requires carrying hot utensils across the kitchen after cooking, which can be inconvenient and potentially unsafe. OPTIONS A TO C 1. The kitchen sink infrastructure at Tampines GreenCourt, a new HDB estate, is situated within Options A to C. OPTIONS D TO G 1.1.It can be quite challenging to move the sink, particularly the waste pipe, to the opposite wall as illustrated in Options D to G. Master, I have thought of 7 layouts and the follow up questions. Could you please advice on the best layout please? 1st choice = D 2nd choice =G if somehow there is a miracle than B is the alternative over D and G. No issue with fridge face door. But if it is a door door fridge; must avoid a water /ice dispenser if any facing part of the stove or oven. RESOURCES

  11. Metal or plastic fan blades better? It depends! Plastic fan blades goes well with smaller fans especially for homes. Also have less vibrations and thus less pressure on the fan motor; thus also less wear and tear. For bigger fans especially at commercial premises, metal fans are preferred. Especially at places with extreme temperature (heat) variations.

  16. Sales Brochure: ulu-pandan-glades.pdf HDB Sales Introduction: Ulu Pandan Glades (Feb 2023 Build-To-Order) Queenstown Ulu Pandan Glades (Feb 2023 Build-To-Order) Queenstown Ulu Pandan Glades is located near Dover MRT station and bounded by Ghim Moh Link and Commonwealth Avenue West. The project comprises 2 residential blocks of 34 to 43 storeys. You can choose from 732 units of 3- and 4-room flats. Ulu Pandan Glades is offered under the Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) model. The name ‘Ulu Pandan Glades’ describes the project’s lush surrounding, as it is located next to Ulu Pandan Park Connector and a park with a retained natural stream. In developing the plans of the area, HDB has considered the findings from the Environmental Baseline Study and Ecological Profiling Exercise, feedback from Nature Groups and the community, and the site context. The site will be developed to support the local biodiversity, with green and blue elements weaved in, while enhancing residents’ well-being. Residents of Ulu Pandan Glades will get to enjoy the project’s lush central garden space, as well as the sky terraces and roof gardens on both residential blocks. As part of the Health District @ Queenstown, Ulu Pandan Glades boasts a variety of recreational and communal facilities to enhance residents’ physical, social, and mental well-being. These include children’s playgrounds, adult and elderly fitness stations, and a communal roof garden on top of the Multi-storey Carpark. There will also be a childcare centre and therapeutic garden located within the project. Please refer to the site plan located at the top of this page for the facilities provided in Ulu Pandan Glades. Facilities in this project will be accessible by the public. Car-lite precinct As announced by LTA and HDB on 5 Oct 2022, there will be designated HDB car-lite precincts within gazetted car-lite areas. They are planned with good public transport, walking, and cycling connections. Ulu Pandan Glades will be one such car-lite precinct. It is located near Dover MRT station within the gazetted Ulu Pandan car-lite area. Residents of Ulu Pandan Glades will enjoy good public transport connectivity, with convenient access to rail and bus services. There will be sheltered elevated linkways connecting them directly to Dover MRT station and barrier-free accessibility to bus stops along Commonwealth Avenue West. To enable residents to walk safely, vehicular roads will be located at the perimeter of the precincts, segregated from the main pedestrian walkway. There will also be a comprehensive network of walking and cycling paths, providing residents with seamless connectivity to the neighbourhood centre and key amenities in Ghim Moh via the Park Connector Network. Designed for residents to adopt green modes of commuting, the parking provision will be reduced, freeing up space for public facilities and greenery. With more limited parking provision, available lots will be prioritised for residents in these precincts through additional parking demand management measures: Season parking will be reduced and restricted to residents only. Similar to all other HDB residential carparks, season parking sales will be on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability, and residents’ first car will be accorded higher priority than residents’ 2nd and subsequent car(s). As non-residents will not be able to buy season parking within car-lite precincts, they may do so at alternative nearby car parks. Residents who buy season parking for their 2nd and subsequent vehicles will be charged a higher season parking rate pegged to Tier 2 Restricted Zone rate, subject to availability. Learn more about the tiers for monthly season parking charges and the current rates. Short-term parking for visitors will remain available, albeit with limited lots. Parking charges may be adjusted based on demand.
