There are two approaches: 1. Plotting a Flying Star chart and using this to determine the suitability of the citrine cave or 2. "Trial and error" Feng Shui Place and monitor the situation.

At first quick glance, I was just looking at your circled area of Block 320B and 310C and felt that the distance could have of a lesser impact of 天斩煞 (tiān zhǎn shà). Upon closer inspection, it becomes apparent that the combination of Blocks 308B and 309A plays a significant role in creating a tunnel-like effect that directs the air-flow. In terms of Feng Shui principles, envision a house situated at the peak of a hill. Contrary to popular belief, such a location should ideally be shielded by trees to mitigate the impact of strong winds or sha qi. Ideally, some of the sha qi can be directed towards the left side, as indicated by the numerous blue "Xs". As previously stated, a helpful way to demonstrate this is by imagining holding up an umbrella. If the umbrella begins to tilt and resist our grip as if it has a mind of its own, then it signifies unfavorable strong winds. These winds can have an impact on health, wealth, and overall luck. Regrettably, even if the example of the Duo Office Tower is not exactly the same as the Tian Zhan Sha, it still illustrates the effects of such Sha Qi, even when the windows are closed (in the case of an office building that may not have any windows at all).

Just T.O.P. It is commendable that the communal bin and the compact design of the sunken bins are effective. In comparison to the bin lobby at The Hillion, this particular bin distinguishes itself with its dual press-button motorized doors. It is hoped that it will not turn into a mere novelty after a few years, leading to expensive repairs or replacements.

What is a 天斩煞 (tiān zhǎn shà.) ? Some consider the red arrow as an axe or blade aimed towards unit marked in RED.. The following example where unit at X is affected by it. The proximity of the two yellow blocks to the green block, along with unit X, is the reason for this situation. Additionally, the unit mentioned in black may be impacted by strong winds blowing from South-Southwesterly to North-NE directions. This is only applicable in cases of very strong winds. Otherwise, if the condition above is not met, the unit should not be affected by it under normal circumstances. It also relies on the height of the unit in block. The closer to the rooftop of MSCP block 308C, the more concerning it becomes. Therefore, if we assume the MSCP is 4 storeys high and without landscaping, a unit such as #05 or #06 may experience the greatest Sha Qi if the prevailing winds are strong. A simple test is to hold up an umbrella. If the umbrella tilts and pulls away from one's hands, it's best to control the wind into the unit. For example, by reducing the openings such as casement windows and/or closing the sliding glass panels. If this were to be in the southeast of Singapore, such as Marine Parade, then it can be a significant concern. Given that the windows in this area are strongly affected by winds blowing between North to South and/or South to North depending on the time of day, due to the high and low pressure between the sea and land in that area.
