The advantage of such block designs is that it allows Qi or wind flow to wrap around evenly for each block. Furthermore, the developer made sure that most of the blocks are set-back the furthest possible distance from Holland Road. Nevertheless, if not for Holland Road, this development could easily get 5 out of 5 stars:- The blocks are arranged much like a rough "Nike tick or Swoosh". LOL

In addition wealth luck is trapped at the centrepoint = small or no luck!] 1. From 2024 onwards take extra care in relationships. This is particularly true if the living room is located at SW. 2. Slightly better if front door is located at SE.

Case Study 12: Period 7 SW2 / SW3 Facing SW2 217.5 - 232.4 & SW3 232.5 - 247.4 [Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.] 1. Less lucky but depends on what area of the house is at SW. 2. Will enjoy better luck if front door is at North. As Career and overall luck from 2024 till 2043 is located at this sector. 3. Networking and relationship also from 2024 onwards is located at NW.

Case Study 11: Period 7 SW1 Facing 202.5 - 217.4 [Luck should be better under Period 9. Again depends on the layout plan.] 1. Better luck if living room is located at South. 2. If bedroom, allow air to flow into the bedroom windows and not close these windows all the time. 3. Better still if front door is at NE.

Case Study 10: Period 7 S2 / S3 Facing S2 172.5 - 187.4 & S3 187.5 - 202.4 [Less lucky under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.] 1. Hopefully living room is located at SE to have better luck. 2. Less so if SE is a bedroom. 3. Luck can improve if front door is located at NE and not at North or NW.

Case Study 9: Period 7 S1 Facing 157.5 - 172.4 [Luck should be better under Period 9. Again depends on the layout plan.] 1. Better luck if living room is located at SW. 2. If bedroom is located at SW, best that windows are opened and not always closed all the time. 3. Yet better luck if front door is at NW instead of at North or NE. 4. Career and overall luck from 2024 till 2043 is located at SW. Good if this is the living room. 5. Networking and relationship also from 2024 onwards is located at West. Often wasted at either the passageway or master bedroom wardrope or master toilet.

Case Study 8: Period 7 SE2 / SE3 Facing SE2 127.5 - 142.4 & SE3 142.5 - 157.4 [Slightly better luck under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.] 1. Overall, house is inauspicious. Slightly better luck especially if living room is located at South. 2. If Master bedroom or bedroom is at South, then best that often the windows are opened to allow good qi to meander into the room. 3. Career and overall luck from 2024 till 2043 is located at NE. 4. Networking and relationship also from 2024 onwards is located at NW. Good if this is a front door.

Case Study 7: Period 7 SE1 Facing 112.5 - 127.4 [Certainly better luck under Period 9. Again depends on the layout plan.] 1. From 2024 onwards, frontage (SE) will enjoy auspicious luck especially if there is a "mountain" at it's frontage and lesser so if it is a pool of water. 2. Career and overall luck from 2024 till 2043 is located at frontage SE. Thus enjoy better luck. 3. Networking and relationship also from 2024 onwards is located at SW.

Case Study 6: Period 7 E2 / E3 Facing E2 82.5 - 97.4 & E3 97.5 - 112.4 [Slightly better luck under Period 9. It also depends on the layout plan.] 1. Slightly better luck provided the living room is located at SE. 2. If bedroom is at SE, good to have open windows often at home. 3. Career and overall luck from 2024 till 2043 is located at North. 4. Networking and relationship also from 2024 onwards is located at Centrepoint. Good if this is a storeroom.

Case Study 5: Period 7 E1 Facing 67.5 - 82.4 [Less lucky from 2024 onwards. Be extra careful of relationship issues, If not careful can lead to divorce.] 1. Not great if the Master bedroom is located at NE. As #3 = Quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements. This is also not helped by another #7 = "theft of wealth" & #3 at East or frontage of the home. 2. Career and overall luck from 2024 till 2043 is located at South. 3. Networking and relationship also from 2024 onwards is located at Centrepoint. Good if this is a storeroom.

Career and overall luck from 2024 till 2043 is located at NW. (Good if this is at the frontage of the home or the front door.) 4. Networking and relationship also from 2024 onwards is located at North. Acceptable if it is the balcony or living room windows. But avoid placing a water position, here.
