  3. "As much as we see, Geomancy.net has great web presence built up over the years and is seen as one of the SG market leaders in residential house audit."
  4. More: Site Reserved for Proposed Worship 1. Currently there is a question mark as to whether the site is for a Mosque or Church or Hindu Temple or a Chinese Temple. 2. Assuming that it is a future Chinese temple. 2.1. All Chinese temples will always have a incense burning cauldron (maybe not as elaborate as these:- 3. Often for current temples, the incense burning cauldron could be located at U, X, Y or Z:- 4. Usually the burning of incense is more intense during the 1st and 15th of every Chinese lunar month. 5. Thus even if one stays in a block / stack / unit that will not have a view of "potential temple - if any"; but the fumes can come right to one's door step! 6. There is no such thing as complaint to MP or make noise of sorts. Have to live with it, there and then. If cannot "tahan?" wait 5 years for M.O.P! And pray, pray.. that can sell fast ...
  5. Another Shapes and Forms situation of a "Fork in the road". Actually not related to this topic. For information - Under Case Study 3
  6. Case Study 3: Fork in the road? Any issue? What do you think? 1. The two stacks especially #328 and #330 are at the mercy of flow of qi. 2. Lesser impact for #326 and #332 unless there are constant "strong-force" winds. 3. Frankly, I don't live in the western part of Singapore thus not there to observe the wind conditions in a "year" cycle. 4. If there should be strong (or moderate) winds passing thru this fork usually can affect wealth and health luck. (If there are strong winds). 4.1. How do you define a strong (or moderate) wind? 4.2. If one were to hold an umbrella tilted slightly and if the umbrella seems to want to "tear" away from one's hands.. then this is roughly the definition of it. 4.3. The only way to "tame" or control this is the windows of such homes. Generally, this should help greatly. 4.4. Stacks #328 and #330 are generally ideal if one owns a personal business or a business person. Not really related to the above. More to do with a flat directly facing a cross junction:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/12508-is-it-bad-fengshui-when-flat-facing-cross-junction/
  7. Case Study 2: Keat Hong Verge should fall within Period 8 Flying Stars Feng Shui - assuming that it is on-tract to complete by 1st Quarter 2023 or latest before December 2023. Else if completion is on or after 2024 onwards, it will use Period 9 instead. 1. Majority of stacks are N1 and S1 facing directions. 2. While two stacks are NE1, the other two are SE1 facing directions to avoid the fork in the road. 3. Workings: Workings: 4. Is Feng Shui about the front door?
  8. Expected completion date is on 1 June 2025 Case Study 6: Dakota One Feng Shui falls under Period 9 Flying Stars 1. The facing directions of this development are all East Group facing directions of either N1, E1 or S1. 2. Workings: 3. Feng Shui is about the front door?
  9. Case Study 6: Bishan Towers Feng Shui belongs to Period 9 Flying Stars 1. All stacks/units face the East Group directions of either N2, N3, S2, S3, E1 & E3 2. Workings:
  10. Case Study 6: Kebun Edge Flying Star Feng Shui belongs Period 9 1. Majority of the facing directions are East Group directions mainly N2, S2, S3, E2 & E3:- 2. Only a handful are NE2 Flying Stars directions. 3. Some workings: 4. Is Feng Shui about the front door?
  11. Case Study 9: Stack/Unit #166 with front door facing a long corridor Poor Shapes and Forms Feng Shui as there is a long corridor towards the front door of stack #166.
  12. Case Study 10: Sha Qi from Stack #523 aimed towards 5-bedroom type #545 1. Side of Stack #523 is a Sha Qi towards #545 2. Similar examples of such a Sha Qi:-
  13. Case Study 9: Costa Grove Flying Star Feng Shui falls under Period 9 1. Worksheet of calculated Flying Star Feng Shui Facing Directions: 1.1. Many varied directions. For 5-bedrooms, majority are NE, SW, NW. With only a few that are North or SE facing directions: 2. Feng Shui is it always the front door? Find out more:
  14. Related:
  15. Case Study 11: 5 Bedrooms that are "East Group" Type 1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, several 5 bedrooms belong to the East Group type facing directions: N1 = Stacks #207, #209, #355, #357 (Facing the Cross-road) S3 = Stacks #101, #103, #105 & #107 (Facing North Woodlands Drive)
  16. Case Study 10: Can I buy a unit facing a cross-junction? 1. Stacks #207, #209, #355 and #357 can be considered as literally facing the cross-junction. 2. Good news that these for stacks have the 2/3 storey MSCP as a buffer. 3. Thus in my opinion, quite "safe". Related:
  17. Congratulations! For those who received a ballot number at Urbanville!
  18. Case Study 9: Potential Sha Qi from Stack #345 towards #341 1. [Below] 5 bedrooms Stack #341 faces the sidewall of #345. This is considered a Sha Qi. 2. In addition, #341 has a view of the yard areas of #329 as well as both #345 and #347 3. Thus not exactly a good choice. 4. One consolation is that fortunately the DOP's roof-line is not a threat especially towards #02-341.
  19. Spotted this at a private road... It's a panel van. Okay, this is certainly not Band Aid..
